Please suggest.
I am on H1 and my priority date has come to apply for I-485.
My spouse status is this.
Entered to USA on H4 --> JAN 2005.
Applied H1 through a comapny X and got approval on JAN 1st 2006.
Due to emergency went to native country and came back on JUN 20th 2006 on H4.
Started working on the approved H1 after coming back from native country on H4. [with out stamping on H1]
After three years changed to H4 as dependent.
Now planning to apply for adjustment of status for my wife.
Will there be any issues?
