Which forms for Fiancee/her son? Confused

My fiancee arrived on the k1 visa 3 weeks ago, with her 13 year old son, we got married last week. We want to file for Adjustment of status. The forms we must fill out are as follows:

G-325a Biographic information
I-864, Affidavit of Support
I-485, Application To Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status



Questions:

Do i have to fill out a G-325a for me, her and her son or just her and her son?
Do I have to fill out 2 separate I-485s, (one for her and one for her son)
Do i have to have biometrics done for her son?
Her son is under 14, so the fee is $635 (+bionetrics?), do i include that as a separate check?

If the son is under 14 no he does not need biometrics. You will fill in G-325 for all.
