I-130 and I-485 help needed

My wife filed I-130 Petition for Alien relative for me one month back when she was LPR. After she became US Naturalised Citizen 3 weeks back, she had sent a letter to upgrade the petition from F2A category to Immediate Relative, along with copy of NOA of I-130 and copy of Naturalization certificate to California Service Center from where NOA of I-130 was received. Although my wife had sent letter with Naturlization certificate document to upgrade the petition, she has not yet called at the USCIS toll free number listed on NOA of I-130 regarding this change.

I recently submitted I-485 application and received I-797 NOA that still shows preference category as F2A and not Immediate Relative (IR or CR). I had also submitted copy of Naturalization certificate along with I-485 application.

Need suggestion what action should I take?
