I-485 Spouse status pending and PD Current

My PD is current with Nov bulletin but my spouse change of status is pending F1-H4. F1 expired last week and no updates on H4 yet. H4 was filed 2 months ago.

Please let me know who we can proceed

Irrespective of its status, you can both just file for I-485 in November.
