Travelling on VALID H1 AND spouse Advance Parole

HI All
last year i travelled to india with valid H1b [until Nov 2012] and used husbands advance parole to travel. on return they gave me I-94 stamp till jan 2012.

I have two questions here:
1. does this make my H1b I-94 date invalid?
2. would this affect my GC process [filed through my h1 employer] ? I am hoping to file I-1485 soon in EB2. As dates are moving fast.
