lost of the second I 94

Here is my story. I came to the USA for year age and enter legally in the country.when to vacation as a F 1 student after 6 months .when I was entered the second time I had the second I 94 that I lost .now that I am filling my paper for the green card I don't know what to do . They need the proof of entering in the USA. I have the first I 94 copy and don't have the second one . Is some can help me with this issue?because I am really confused.

You can request replacement copy of your I-94 from USCIS.
Look for I-102 form on their web site.
As far as I aware it take about 3 months to get it.
