Hello Gurus
Please help on this one, I came to US on a J1 exchange visitor program with a 2 year Home Country residency requirement. My company wanted me to stay back and work for them, so I got a waiver and H1, and now I am about to file for 485.
I got the application packet and realized it says a reason for exclusion is not completing your 2 year home residency requirement. Though it also says that immigration officer can waive this by looking at the waiver etc and by a reason that you can write on a paper. Now my question is that I am not a doctor just a computer professional, so how would the officer find my reasons for waiver good, etc.
Please suggest.
