Employment based Priority date current

Hello,

I am in the EB2 category under the employment based and as per the Nov 2011 visa bulletin, my priority date is current. My wife and kids are on the H4. My question is, do we have to go through an interview process always to get a GC? Also, what are the typical questions that could be asked if there is an interview. One more help. Do I need to file the form I-134 even though my family is in the US with me.

Interview call is only if you get chosen. Most people do not go through interview for employment based GC.

I don't recall filing an 134. Do whatever your lawyer wants you to file.
