My dilemma goes as follows. My I 140 was filed by employer company A. Now I am working under employer B. My priority date (sept 2007) has beome current as per Nov 2011 visa bulletin. Now employer A says that they will not file my I 485 until I join them back. I just want to know whether I have sufficient time to look for a new client so that I can join employer A. Is there a cut off date before which I should file my I 485? This is very urgent. Somebody please reply.
