    Can I change to AOS from CP choice on I-140 ?

    If I want to change from CP to AOS, what is the impact ? Do they have to get the file back from NVC or Mumbai consulate ? will it cause a delay ?

    You can change from CP to AOS when you are filing for your 485 and it doesnt effect anything. I did that.
