    I-485 interview

    We registered our marriage less than 2 years ago but have been marriage traditional ( engaged ) and living together for 3 years. We have 18 months baby together. My question is we have I-485 marriage based interview coming and I want to know if that will be considered as conditional or permanent residence after everything goes well. Thanks

    Being engaged and living together is not the same as being married; at least, not where CIS is concerned. If you've been married from less than the stipulated time you are going to get conditional residency.
