Please help! Filing for I-485 and I-30

Hi everyone I have a few questions and I really need help. I am going to apply for my residency in January. I just dont know how.

I came into the US in June 2001 with a visa.
I was young and went to school here till I graduated.
Last year I got married to a US citizen.
My visa expired last year. I am still living in the US.
The problem is that Im 17 and im turning 18 next year. Do I have to wait till im 18 to apply?

I am going to apply for I-485 and I-30. I just want to know the whole process and qualifications I will need. Also where do I go to apply. I cant get a lawyer, but I have been told I don't need one. If someone can please help that would be great. Thank you.

You entered legally but of course over stayed now married to a USC. You will have to wait till you are 18. Your spouse needs to also file 864 affidavit of support for you. You need to read the guides on her for AOS. You will need I-485, I-130 and so on .
