Hi,
My old employer filed my labor and I-140 3 years ago.
After that I changed employer last year and am yet to file my new GC to port priority date.
My old employer is willing to re-hire and process my GC.
Just checking my options.
1.Can i file my AOS without joining the old employer ..(maybe a stupid question,but appreciate your help)
2.If I have to go back to my old employer , do they have to re-do my labor and I-140 again?
Appreciate any guidance.
