Hi,
I filed my I-485 3 weeks ago, and I haven't received
the receipt from CSC INS.
I need to travel outside the country, and I have valid H-1 visa stamped in my passport, can I go without the I-485 receipt?
Will I have trouble re-enter the U.S.? and will it affects my I-485 processing?
There are some discussion about this in the forum.
But some people say it's required to have the receipt,
and some say it's not.
So I am a little bit confused.
Any help will be highly appreciated!
