Changing Employer Before180 Days of AOS

I am employed with Comp A since Mar07 and appllied for my AOS on 01Dec2011. I have been working with a client of Comp A and now client want to hire me as soon as I get EAD. I hold an approved I-140
1.Can I join the client as an employee before180 days of applying for AOS? What options do I have?
2.If I join the client, what happens if I-485 is adjudicated before180 days? is there any chances for that?
Assuming I join the client before180 days (on EAD) and I-140 is not revoked
1.Will my early move cause any problem when going for GC renewal or citizenship?
2.Given current situation, Is there a provision where I can join the client for now and re-join Comp A after getting GC?
3.Is there a chance I-485 will be approved? What issues could I face?

EAD is not green card.

Therefore, as soon as you get your EAD, you can't leave your current employer and start working for someone else.

If you have no relationship with your current employer who sponsored your green card and you are not planning to go back to work for them, your EAD is no longer valid.

Your new employer will have to do H1 or something like that.
