Birth certificate with initials and registration date issue

Hello, my birth certificate has the following 2 issues:

1. My name & parents' name have initials
2. My birth was registered only when I was about 20.

Will these cause issues while filing I-485? If yes, would getting an affidavit from my parents/relatives help?

Any input in this regard is appreciated!
