485 RFE - Employment leetr - sub labour

Hello,
I got RFE on 485 regarding employment letter which specifies duties, renumaration & future prospect.
I would like to know what should i mention as far as duties & renumaration goes ..do I have to match that with substitute labout which I am using ???

i may be wrong, but to the best of my knowledge, the rfe should be responded exactly as per your original filing of your gc, with maybe more duties and responsibilities but nothing less!
