    Dates current-Filing for wife who's extn is pending

    Hi All,
    We became current and will be eligible to file in Jan 2012.
    I would like to file I485 for my wife on dependent staus.

    Presently my wife has he own H1B which is in extension now.
    This extension is pending with USCIS and and a decision has not been made yet.

    My queries is can I file for her with H1B extn pending
