I have a couple of questions:
My wife came from Ukraine to America on a J-1 visa two and half years ago. Over a year ago her visa expired. Will this present a problem when filing the I-485/I-130?
I haven’t had a job (on the books) in years, in fact I’m 22 and still attending college, so I can’t say that I will be as “financially sound” as the Affidavit of Support deems necessary, nor have I ever made enough money to need to file a tax return. Does this mean that I will need a joint sponsor? If so, what is required of the joint sponsor?
