I am wokring on H1b Visa and my Priory date is current with january bulletin, My wife recently applied for L1B to H4 COS and it is still pending.
1) Is it Possible to apply for the I485 for my wife While the L1B to H4 COS is pending?
2)or we need to wait until she get's her H4 visa and then we both need to file the I485?
