my Brother get married with US Born girl she sponsor him he get conditional GREEN CARD. but both cant save there marriage. due to some job situation he did not care her well as she wished She sue on him for fraud careless etc . she filed NULLITY OF MARRIAGE IN CA Court . so to day Court verdict trun on her favour .
my brother now have one year CONDTIONAL GREEN CARD is he can stay in US HOW he can change his status ??

Nullity of Marriage

Your brother is in serious trouble, the best he can do is to appeal the judgment and prove that the maariage was not fraud and was not for visa purpose. The appeal process would buy him time and he will be able to cross over the 2nd year bridge or else he will be deported and barred from any further immigration benefit till thy kingdom comes( It is synonymous/similar to death penalty to be accused and proved by a competent court of the land that your marriage was fraud- Immigration would frown at it and barred you for life). An appeal would serve to delay things( delay tactics cross the 2 years barrier).
