Spelling misspelt in mother's name

My passport has a wrong spelling in mother's name (ie) Only one letter change passport has "G" instead of the correct spelling "R". Since I dont have a Birth certificate, I got a non availability certificate from Registrar office which has the correct spelling.

Will it trigger any RFE in I485 process?. If so, what would be the solution or how would I avoid a RFE?
