Applying for AOS will this could be a issue?
From May 31, 2005 until September 30, 2007, I was authorized to work for A under L-1 visa status. Thereafter, according to immigration paperwork, I changed companies to B on October 1, 2005 under H-1B status. In fact, I did not change companies, and remained working for A until November 12, 2005. However, did not maintain my status from the period of October 1, 2005 until November 12, 2005. Almost 45 days.
Will this may lead the possibilities of denial of approving Adjustment of Status (AoS) .
PD is March 2010.
