How to get birth certificate issued from other state in India

Hi,

I was born in banglore. But now I live in delhi. Can I get my Birth certificate issued in Delhi?

What is the procedure? I dont want to go to banglore for this

BC is issued by the municipality or corporation at the place of birth. You can't get it in Delhi. If you can't get it, use alternatives like an affidavit from both parents and other options by talking to your lawyer.
