Hello and thanks in advance for responding to my question.

My husband is not fluent in english and we're currently waiting for our interview. I understand we can take an interpreter or take our chances by him answering for himself. I wonder how likely that my officer will speak spanish. What are your advices?

Hello there,

most likely you will have an Spanish speaking officer, i had the interview in June of 2011, but i did not got my green card because there was not Visa numbers available, so i am still waiting. Me and my wife are Dominicans and my wife which is the petitioner is the one that does not speak English, and everything went really smooth.

Don't worry if you case is clean (no business), everything should run normal.
