Hi,
I have Filed my GC in EB1C Category[Concurrent Processing] and me and my spouse have received the EAD sometime in 1st week of January....
Problem :
NO 1) My I140 is not yet approved but i have received my EAD
NO 2) I received the EAD card before the FP was captured and the EAD card says FP not captured...
Q1) Is this a valid EAD Card as it does not have FP nor is I140 approved ?
Do I need to notify USCIS about this..? Or this is all fine..?
Q2) Can my souse start working now ?
Q3) Do I have to inform USCIS is my spouse starts working ?
Q4) If I have to inform USCIS about my wife working will that by any chance affect the processing time for my GC ?
