I regret for what happened 1 year ago now. I was under a momentary weakness and shop lifted 10$ worth item in a retail store. I was caught but no police or court was involved. They fined me and took photo graph of mine. I signed a trespassing notice that I will not enter the store again. I really regret for it so much and almost every day since it happened. Now my husband is filing for AOS and I am an applicant too. I am very much concerned about what to answer for these question in the I-485 application form. Please some one advise!
