x-ray print or Picture requird for I-693 form?

Hello Friends,

I have one question regarding I-693 form for my green card 485 process. I went to one of the USCIS approved lady doctor for medical exam. I got 15mm reaction from Tuberculin (TB) Skin Test. I went to x-ray (radiologist) and got the x-ray report which is Normal. Doctor filled out I-693 form with her signature and gave me in sealed envelope with x-ray report. She did not give me x-ray print (picture) or x-ray CD with sealed envelope.

I just want to know, X-ray print or picture required to send USCIS with I-693 form?
OR

Is it OK to send x-ray report instead of x-print with I-693 form?

Please advise me for the same.

I dont think so. It is the sealed envelope which the doctor gave you that needs to be sent.

I'd ask the doctor who did the I-693 if the x-ray needs to be sent separately (just to be sure). They know exactly what needs to be done for I-693 and will advise you.
