Green card for spouse through citizenship

Hi,
I have applied for GC for my spouse as I am a citizen. I have filed for concurrent processing(family based) of 485&130. My spouse is currently on H1 and would like to quit her job. can she do the smae prior to getting an EAD or GC? Please advise.

As long as she does not want to work, she does not green card or EAD. She can stay legally in the U.S. based only on filing I-485.
