Name on marriage certificate

I'm currently in K1 status and will adjust status to LPR based on the upcoming marriage. My fiancée (USC) will take my last name afterwards. For the AOS application, a copy of the marriage certificate is required. Does it cause any problems if she signs the certificate with her new name (ie my name) but uses her maiden name when filling out the I-864 form? The reason for using her new name on the marriage certificate is that it'll be easier to legally change name afterwards (according to the office where the certificate was issued). Also, I assume she has to use her maiden name on the I-864 since she technically hasn't changed her name until the paperwork goes through (which presumably will be after the AOS application is submitted).

She can use married name everywhere right away after the marriage.
