My SEVIS was terminated due to poor academic performance. I was unable to go to class due to extreme emotional issues. I was told I had 15 days to leave but as soon as my boyfriend who I lived with for 2 years found out, he proposed and we got married recently. Despite our situation, we are a legitimate couple, in love, and cant wait to start our lives together more so than ever. Is there a chance I can apply for AOS? I'm still waiting for my certified marriage certificate and is very prepared to with all the paperwok involved. Thank you for your time.
