When is the category of the GC validated..?
What I mean is Lets say I apply in EB1 now when is my eligibility to a particular category validated
Is the category validated during I140 or I485 ?

Also what all things are validated during the I140 stage ?

What I mean is if I file my GC in EB1 or EB2 or EB3 when does USCIS validate/confirm that I am actually eligible for EB1...? or I am eligible for EB2 or Eligible for EB3 ..
