applying for I 485 AOS after company acquisition

I worked for company A from 2007 to 2010. Company A acquired company B in 2006. I am currently employed on H1B (2010 to 2013) with company B. My H1B got transferred from A to B As they have two different FED Tax IDs where as my Labor and I 140 neither modified nor started fresh with company B. At present Company A wholly owns company B (same FED tax ID since Jan 2012). My priority date is Dec 12,2008.
Do you see any problems in applying for I 485 AOS ?
