Employment needed in Case 0f EB1 category

Hi,
If you approved I-140 in EB1 category. You are required employment support letter while you are applying for Adjustment of status I-485.

For EB-1 you can submitt I-140 & I-485 together.
Yes, you have to show the financial strength, and for that you need to support with employment letter.
If you already working W2 or Pay stubs or previous tax returns.
