Safe to re-register for TPS while I-485 is pending?
Hi immihelp community,
Is it safe to re-register for (TPS) Temporary Protected Status while I-485 is pending?
I have submitted my package for a Green Card through Marriage to a US Citizen, and hopefully things go smoothly in this process. But just to be safe, I would like to extend my TPS which is set to expire in March 9th 2012, and I am not sure if by doing so it will affect my green card application.
I appreciate any help on this question.
