hi, i need advices please, i entered in USA with visa tourist and my i 94 expired en October 4 2010, i get married on December 21 2011 and now my husband try to adjust my status ..i don't know if i really need a lawyer for that or no and what i need for apply? thanks

Currently you're out of status. You/yours husband can apply yourself.
Better to hire an attorney who is expert in immigration matters AOS for marriage/out of status.

You're welcome. You need to file an exception.
You can file together I-130, I-485, and for EAD, Advanced parole.
Include all the evidence to support its a bonafide marriage.
