Question about Part 2 on the I-485

Hi Everyone

I currently have an H1-B and it's good until 9/2013 and I recently married an American citizen after 9 years of dating and a 4 year old son.

I'm not sure what to check off on part 2 of the I-485 for the adjustment of my status?

Also, what status did I enter as "temporary worker"?

If you are filing for your adjustment of status based on the marriage to a U.S. citizen (I-130 and I-485 filed concurrently), then your best choice is option a) - "an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved / or a relative visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available immigrant visa number, if approved."
