hi guys i am on adjustment of status right now

just want to know what processing date do i follow

is it on when i first approved for I-140 dated feb 28 2006?

or the AOS when they received w/c was oct 10 2007?

because the processing date now was march 15 2006 and i had been passed by i dont know why?

can some one help me tnx...

Your date counts when your Labour was approved
The labour approval date will be counts toward AOS. If that date is current then you can file your I-485.
If you already filed your I-485 ( probebly in July 2007 event) then just wait for your approval or any other RFE/Notice etc.
