  • Wrong date on green card!!

I need some advice and direction. I was granted conditional status through my spouse and received my green card in March 2011. I never noticed the green card I received was stated it was issued in March 2010 and expires in March 2012. I filled out a I-90 application, and submitted a letter explaining error and situation, I also provided a copy of the letter that stated welcome to America, and green card with the incorrect information.

I recently checked application status, and it states a letter was sent of March 1, 2012 requesting additional information.

I'm am going crazy because it will be expiring on March 21, 2012 and I am not sure what else they would need if it was their mistake.

    Any advice would be helpful.

Contact the USCIS at 1-800-375-5283. Are you sure you have to file Form I-90 to report incorrect information on your conditional green card?

Better you should take an infopass and clarify with IO the mistake. Some time the USCIS customer service suc.......... and they don't know the answers.

If you called the customer service and they unable to resolve ask them to give a tier 2 person. You may have to call couple of time to get a good rep.
      best of luck.
