USCIS website not recognizing the receipt numbers

Hello,

I have applied for I-485 on 2nd Feb 2012. Since I received the receipts (~15th Feb), I tried multiple times to check the status of my application on uscis website, however, it is not recognizing my receipts numbers (first 3 letters followed by 10 digits- no space). Is it common? What can be done to track the status in these circumstances?

This is happening to a lot of people in the last few months, I am in the same boat, I filed 485 and 765 on Feb 2nd, I called them like a week ago and they said nothing to worry, that they just have a lot of applications to process.
My EAD receipt numbers got recognized this morning and the status is Card in Production.
485 numbers are still not recognized.
Call them if you are too worried.

I just checked the status again and ....today, the USCIS websit is showing status of my I-765 and I-131. Only receipt it is not recognizing is I-485.
