Some questions after getting my GC(EB26 category):
1. I have my GC on hand now, and my EAD has an expiration date on 12/27/2012. Is my EAD still valid ? Can I still use my EAD ?
2. I got my GC 4 months after I-140/I-485 filing in mid-Nov 2011. Can I change to a new job within the same field/category now ?
3. How will the employment eligibility verification(I-9) take place when my new employer submit I-9 with my GC info ? Who will look into my I-9/GC submitted by my new employer, and what will they look at specifically ?
