    Here are the details usefull for you.
    Mail both form to

    USCIS
    POBOX 804625
    Chicago,IL 60680-4107


    There will be no change in filing locations when submitting Form I-130 along with Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Individuals filing these forms together will continue to mail them to the Chicago Lockbox facility. Petitioners filing from overseas addresses in countries without USCIS offices will also continue to file at the Chicago Lockbox facility. Petitioners residing in a country with a USCIS office may send their I-130 forms to the Chicago Lockbox, or they may file their Forms I-130 at the international USCIS office having jurisdiction over the area where they live. Individuals who submit their Form I-130 packages to the incorrect Lockbox location may experience a delay in processing.

    If you are the immediate relative (spouse, parent or unmarried child under 21 years old) of a U.S. citizen, submit the following forms:
    •I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
    •G-325A, Biographic Information
    •Your original I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (if you are filing concurrently), or a copy of your I-797, Notice of Action (if the petition was already approved).
    •I-864, Affidavit of Support
    •I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status
    All required supporting documentation as listed on the above forms. ...

    You may also submit the following forms:
    •G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative (if you have a lawyer)
    •I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, if you want to work while your application is processed
    •I-131, Application for Travel Document, if you need to travel outside the United States while your application is processed
    •I-485 Supplement A, and penalty fee if applicable. See 8 CFR 245.10
    •I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Excludability, if applicable

        Interview today.....

        I am truly happy now.. did my interview today and it went very well.
        First she commended me on the job filling out the documents, and the supporting evidence submitted.
        She ask 2 question.: 1. how we met 2.She ask my husband when we got married.
        She then replied she had no doubt that our marraige was real, ask us to wait about 10 mins (for passport). I got a stamp to start travelling. Green card will arrive in mail within 4 weeks.

          By the way who is your officer, is your interview at Federal Plaza?
          My officer is so wor........... he is holding my case since almost a year.
