I am in a very dire situation. My company has recently applied my I-485 in Jan 2012. My PD is October 2008. I also have received my EAD/AP combo card three few weeks ago. The situation now has drastically changed in my organization and I will be one of the affected resource. I will probably be laid off in a couple of weeks and would like to know if my I-485 or GC processing would get affected. I currently don't know if my company would revoke my H1B and other GC related processes.
I would like to know from the group what options I have in order to keep my GC process in tact. Any suggestion or advice in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
