  • a few specifics about I-485 package

We are getting ready to submit the package . . . I-130, I-485, G-325A(x2), I-693, I-765, all supporting documents, etc. and there are a couple questions pertaining to the specifics of our situation. if anyone has these answers, your help is well appreciated.

    1) we don't have a non-immigrant visa # or an alien registration number as my wife entered the country on the visa waiver program, we do have an ESTA application number from when that was approved. is this the nonimmigrant visa number? or do we not need one?

    2) we're not sure if we have the I-94 from her entry. her passport and the stamp are not a problem, got those. can the I-94 number be looked up anywhere?

    3) is the I-693 really necessary right now? a couple of exceptions are mentioned on the uscis instructions. we had talked with a couple of attorneys and needing the medical exam hadn't been mentioned, we can make it happen before we submit but we don't want to waste time if it's not necessary now. she's from Belgium.

    4) translation of Belgian birth certificate. the instructions from uscis.gov are a little unclear on this. how official does this translation need to be. i've seen online services where you can upload a document, again is this necessary?

    5) affadavits from people need to be signed written docs, must they be notarized?

again, any help is well appreciated!
