Hi.
I'm married to an USC. I'm from France, came in USA in 2009 as a tourist.
We got married in oct 2011. We are now ready to file AOS.
My husband is not meeting the requirement for I864. He actually doesnt have a job.
He has couple pay stub that he can provide but nothing stable.
We have a joint sponsor who is a friend.
I would like to know if it will be a problem at the interview if my husband cannot prove that he is working. I will be working by that time and has things better.
I know we have a joint sponsor, i just want to make sure that the fact to have a joint sponsor is enough because i dont know when my husband will find a job again.
Thanks a lot.
