hi everyone!!
is it true that if you receive a letter stating that your case has been transfered to california service centre ... it means there will be no interview?
anyone please answer me and how long does it take after receiving EAD and AP.
please help!!!

ok i came in with K1 visa and applied AOS, EAD and AP in January everything went as planned and i have already received EAD and AP but no AOS interview letter to date... but i got a letter saying that my case was transfered from NVC to CSC even before my biometrics.

Now does anyone know if its true that if you receive such a letter there will be no interview or what should i expect????
please any response will be appreciated.....

Hi, I inquire about your claim and found that's not true.
Some time due to overburden or your area of living falls under different office then they move your cas to particular office.
No one can assure by moving there is no interview. It takes 3 months to get interview letter. If you don't get interview letter and you got approved the its your luck.
But 99% marriage cases gets interview, you came on K1 and you should prove them this is not a sham marriage.
If they fully satisfied (I am not sure your claim) then its your luck.
Lots of people from CSC got interview letter after they moved as per my knowledge.
