Case withdraw and resubmit of I-130 & I-485

Good morning, my sister was married in my country before she came in US. When she came here she got married again but before that she tried to divorce from her previous husband. Unfortunately our cousin in our country provided her a **** divorce certificate. Because of that **** document, her case has been denied and her appeal refused.
But now she got a real divorce certificate from an American courthouse and canceled the current marriage and marry for the second time her American husband. They want to re-introduce again the I-130 and I-485 with a letter of withdrawal of the previous case.

Any advice for them?

Hello, it is unfortunate that your cousin submitted a **** divorce certificate, you have violated one of the cardinal laws of immigration and subject to a denial of petition and possible deportation proceedings.
You are subject to 10years bar and no lawyer can help, unless you can show that it was submitted inadvertently( unknowingly- it is a bar that is almost difficult to surmount). Unless the issue of false/forged documentation is cleared, or vacated by an immigration judge or a superior court judge, appeal or supreme court decision( if it gets there), you cannot file for another petition even if you marry for the next 10times.
