I-485 RFE. Got new employer job offer. Help
Hi. Please help. Case as follows:
EB1-Multinational Manager. I-140/I485 concurrently filed. I-140 approved. Worked with petitioner over a year. By Feb 04, Petitioner shut down. Layoff. Advanced Parole to return to home country while still job hunting from home country for same/similar category job. Fingerprinted in US in Feb 05. Still have valid advance parole to expire on 06. Got RFE on I-485 in Mar 05 to respond by Jun 1st 05. Our attorney advised about RFE, requesting W2 forms and Employement Letter. Got new employer job offer letter by May 31st 05 in same/similar job and same salary.RFE response package sent with all documentation + job offer letter + AC21 letter. RFE response package sent post-marked Jun 1st. EAD expired on 04/15/05. EAD renewal initiated on 05/15/05.
What are the estimated chances of the I-485 denied? I would like to move back to US, and take a chance on this opportunity.
