    ***Travel while I-485 is pending

    Hi!

    My priority date is current and the employer will file for EAD next week. I need to travel internationally in May and though I have a valid I-797, my visa stamping has expired so I will need to get H1b stamped.

    Please advise if it is ok to go for H1b stamping while EAD has been applied in US.
