Hello Folks - Need an advice please.
My Previous employer has my I-140 approved. Then I moved to Employer B. They did my H1B transfer but still have to apply for my Labor. I am currentyl employed with B. In the meantime the Priority dates of Employer A labor got current
I asked Employer A to apply for my 485, EAD and AP based on future employment since I left on good terms. Employer A is willing to apply for my EAD.
Now my questions are -
1. If I get my EAD via employer A, Do I have to join Employer A or I can just continue to work for employer B.
2. If my I-485 application is pending for more than 180 days, Can I file for AC21 and continue working for Employer B? In that case, can employer B now take my Green Card forward and I can just detach myself from employer A?
